All items will be posted using Royal Mail as second-class, signed for packages.  

Due to the UK no longer being part of the EU, I cannot ship items to Europe or to Northern Ireland.  

I do not post items to anywhere outside the UK

I aim to have all orders in the post within three working days.  If an order will take longer for any reason, I will contact you straight away with an estimate of preparation time

I'm sure you'll love your new jewellery, but if for any reason you're not happy with it, simply pop it back in the post in its original packaging for a full refund

If you return an item for any reason other than it is faulty, return postage is at the buyer's expense.  If an item is faulty, I will refund the postage costs too
